Hi Class!
As we cover different history units this year, we will use this blog to take a ride back through time...and 'meet the people, visit the places, and witness the events' through the lens of primary sources! We will use images, texts, and video/audio clips to "bring us back in time." You will get to experience the past through these resources. The goal is to analyze the documents and respond with intelligent, well-researched comments. Always think about how history has impacted our lives and world today...

This is the U.S. History Blog for my 11th grade students at Malcolm X High School in New York. On this blog site, students will “interact” with historical people, places, and events, and share their thoughts and feelings about the topics in American history. Students will analyze and think about primary source documents, research issues covered in class units, and respond to teacher questions and assignments.
